The Global Land Project (GLP) is seeking applications for the position of Executive Officer of its International Project Office (IPO), which will be hosted by the Centre for Development and Environment (CDE) of the University of Bern, Switzerland (beginning in 2016). GLP is a core project of the Future Earth initiative (www.futureearth.org). GLP organizes conferences, workshops, and publication activities to facilitate collaboration between community members. Collaborative efforts are aimed at synthesizing current knowledge of land systems and land system change, identifying emerging challenges and solutions for sustainable development, and interacting with development, policy, and civil society stakeholders to co‐design research.
